Our mission is to provide a professional, objective and thorough visual analysis of the property to reveal a true and accurate representation of its present condition, including strengths and deficiencies and to provide building maintenance recommendations to keep the property in excellent condition.
Experience
We have over 30 years of experience in all phases of building analysis and construction. An Atlantic Inspector is a Certified Real Estate Inspector and a HUD 203k consultant. We are a certified member of both the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Home Inspectors. As such, Atlantic meets rigorous standards of excellence and adheres to strict inspection guidelines. We also keep abreast of the latest building techniques through continuing education seminars.
Our Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) identifies areas of the property that exhibit evidence of Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) that may be related to present or identified past uses. The Phase 1 ESA Report that would summarize our findings and conclusions is provided in electronic format, including all attachments and supporting documentation to fulfill environmental due diligence obligations.
